The following rates are for 2026 and include electricity, water, and sewer.

100 ft pull-through RV site (big rig friendly) BOOK HERE              $45/night

50 ft back-in RV site BOOK HERE                                                      $35/night

Monthly long-term rate (only available until October 2026)             $875/month​

(Rates based on application approval and subject to change at any time; rates may increase, depending on utility usage. Monthly rate also includes water, power, and sewer.)
