To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we ask that you follow these essential guidelines during your time at Patriotic RV Park.

NORTH DAKOTA NOTICE OF ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY RESERVING A SITE, YOU ARE GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
By reserving a site and entering the premises of American RV Park, all guests, visitors, and invitees ("Guests") expressly agree to the terms of this Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement.
1. Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk: Guests acknowledge that staying at an RV park involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks from natural elements, severe North Dakota weather events, trees, wildlife, uneven terrain, campfires, utility connections, power surges, water or sewer service interruptions, and the actions of other guests. Guests voluntarily elect to enter the premises and assume any and all risks of property damage, personal injury, illness, or death.
2. Release of Ordinary Negligence: To the maximum extent permitted under North Dakota law, Guests hereby waive, release, and forever discharge American RV Park (including its owners, management, employees, and affiliates) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, death, property damage, loss, or theft resulting from the ordinary negligence of the park or its staff.

3. Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless American RV Park from any and all claims, costs, expenses, damages, or attorney fees arising out of or resulting from the Guest's own actions, the actions of their minors/invitees, or their stay at the park.
If any portion of this agreement is held invalid under North Dakota law, the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full legal force and effect.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be considerate of your fellow campers by keeping music and loud conversations at a minimum during this time.
Pet Policy

We love pets! All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when off your site. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately regardless of where they are at the park.

Do not leave your pets outside if you leave the park, even if they are penned up or on a leash.

Aggressive behavior or excessive barking will not be tolerated and will lead to eviction from the property.

Do not leave people or pet food outside, as it attracts other animals.

(FOR THE INSURANCE:)
Behavioral Clause: Management reserves the right to deny entry to or evict any dog displaying aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or resource guarding, regardless of breed. Â

Service Animals: Fully trained Service Animals (as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act) are welcome, provided they remain under the handler's control at all times. Comfort, companion, or Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are also under the same policy. Â

Owner Liability: Guests assume full financial and legal liability for any injury or property damage caused by their pets. Proof of current rabies vaccination and a personal liability umbrella or RV policy covering pets may be requested upon check-in.

Breed Restrictions: No wolf hybrids, no coyote hybrids, Dogo Argentinos, and  Tibetan Mastiffs.
Speed Limit
The park speed limit is no faster than 3 MPH. This is strictly enforced to ensure the safety of our children, pedestrians, and pets throughout our acre of land.Â
Site Maintenance

Please keep your site clean and free of clutter.

All trash should be placed in the designated dumpster at the entrance and not left outside.

Do not dispose of hazardous materials or large items in the park bin.

Also, do not dump grease from air fryers/grills/smokers on the ground at the park.
Utility Hookups

Ensure all water and sewer connections are secure and leak-free.

Use of pressure Water regulators is recommended.

Electrical surge protectors are required to protect your investment and our power supply.
Logistics Plan
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. For early arrival request, when available, please contact via text or email at info@americanrvpark-nd.com or by texting/calling 406.370.5792 or 406.499.9033.
Park Utilities
What hookups do you provide?
All sites are equipped with full hookups, including 30/50 AMP electrical service, water, and sewer.Â

Pet Policy
Is the park pet-friendly?
We are a pet-friendly facility. We ask that all pets remain on a leash when you are off of your own specific site. Owners must clean up after their pets immediately. No aggressive behavior tolerated by pets or their people.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. For monthly stay arrangements, please contact the park manager directly at

What types of sites are available?
We offer wide, pull-through and back-in sites designed for easy access. All sites are spacious enough to accommodate modern rigs of various lengths and slide-outs.
Park Rules
What are the standard park rules?
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A 5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced. Respect for fellow travelers is mandatory. Please use the designated trash receptacle at the entrance and help us maintain sparkling standards while we expand and improve the park. CLICK HERE for full list of rules.
